Beauty tips-Home Remedies:
For Dark inner thighs. If you have used various creams and still wanted a remedy, here it is.
Before your daily bath, apply warm til oil on the area and massage it in. make a paste of besant, curd, lemon juice and a little turmeric and apply thrice a week on the area, washing off after half an hour.




Tips for thicker hair growth and suggestion to make brown hair look black:
Mix a tablespoon of coconut oil with a teaspoon of castor oil. Heat and apply on the hair once or twice a week. Avoid massaging, because if there is hair loss, the roots are already weak and massaging may aggravate the problem. Then, dip a towel in hot water, squeeze out the water and wrap it around the head; keep it on for five minutes. 
Repeat the hot towel wrap three or four times- this helps the hair and scalp absorb the oil better. Applying curd or egg half an hour before shampooing helps add body to the hair. Diet is very important for healthy hair growth. Have a small bowl of sprouts every day and include fresh fruits, salads, leafy green vegetables, soya bean and curd in your diet. Ask your doctor to prescribe vitamin and mineral supplements.

For Oily skin and pimple on face- Tips to reduce the pimples and the lighten the skin colour:
Check if you have dandruff or an oily scalp, as they can lead to pimples on the forehead. Wash your hair four times a week, using very little shampoo and rinsing well with water. After shampooing, add the juice of a lemon to half a mug of water and use it as a last rinse.

Wash your face twice in a day, Morning and Night, with a medicated soap. Then, wipe with an astringent lotion, using cotton wool. Mix a little rose water with sandal wood paste and apply on the face every day, washing off after 15 minutes. Sandalwood paste can also be applied on the pimples every day. Make a paste of multani mitti, rose water and lemon juice and apply on the face every day, avoiding the lips and area around eyes. Wash off when dry.


This will reduce oiliness and also lighten skin colour. Besides this, use only oil-free products. Include fresh fruits, raw salads, sprouts and yoghurt in your daily diet. Drink six to eight glasses of water every day. Add the juice of a lemon to a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning.
